The OTR New Patient Process & Costs:

1. Patients anywhere in GA contact the Clinic by email, contact form, or phone. 

2. Labs are collected either at our Cumming, GA or Panama City Beach, FL office locations or at any Lab Corps location.

3. The patient is scheduled with a licensed Nurse Practitioner to go over lab results in detail & define their goals.

4. Discounted & Public Safety Membership Options:

   1. Monthly: Recurring Discounted monthly membership for all new patients.

   2. Annual: Additional 10% Off if One year is Paid-In-Full.

5. Memberships include compounded medications with injection supplies, all follow-up labs, and unlimited communication with the clinical manager.
